Organization structure and tribological study of hydrogel prepared by Uv light molding and casting molding methods for bionic articular cartilage

چکیده

Abstract Hydrogels have similar structural and functional properties to natural articular cartilage, so they been widely used in the research of biomimetic cartilage. In this research, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) betaine monomer were as raw materials prepare hydrogel on polyetheretherketone (PEEK) surface by Uv light molding casting respectively. The results showed that two methods film PEEK successfully. diameter internal hole prepared was larger than molding. Compared with hydrogels molding, a lower friction coefficient because their high load-carrying capacity. Different preparation seriously affect formation structure. This study provides an important reference value for performance hydrogels.
